Join us at This is Nook in Inverness for slow mornings filled with flowers, creativity, tea, coffee and conversation.
Each month we’ll work with a fresh selection of seasonal blooms to create something beautiful together.
Priced per person, per session.
Kick off the festive season with a cosy afternoon of creativity at This is Nook and make a beautiful, natural Christmas wreath to take pride of place on your front door.
Using a gorgeous selection of fresh, seasonal foliage and natural materials grown and gathered from Sunny Mound Flower Garden, I'll guide you through the process step by step. Whether you've never made a wreath before or you've been creating for years, this workshop is designed to be relaxed, welcoming and suitable for all abilities.
Everything you need is included, along with festive refreshments to enjoy while you create. You'll leave with a unique, handcrafted wreath and the confidence to recreate one at home in years to come.
Spaces are limited to keep the workshops relaxed and personal, so early booking is recommended.

Private Workshops!
If you’re celebrating something special and fancy doing something a little different, I now offer private flower workshops for small gatherings like baby showers, hen do’s, birthdays, or simply an excuse to get together with your favourite people!
I can come to you and bring along a beautiful selection of seasonal flowers, then guide everyone through creating something lovely — whether that’s simple jam jar arrangements or hand-tied bouquets.
Sessions are relaxed, creative, and last around 1–1.5 hours, giving you time to slow down, enjoy the process, and celebrate with flowers.

Workshops
Seasonal, creative gatherings shaped by the garden.Throughout the growing season, I host small workshops in or around Inverness. Each one reflects what is naturally in flower at that moment.No two workshops are ever quite the same.Rooted in the Season
Workshops follow the rhythm of the garden.In spring, we might work with tulips and emerging foliage.
Summer brings armfuls of scented blooms and abundant colour.
Autumn offers texture, seed heads and softer tones. Winter is a time for evergreen foliage, dried stems & berries~ time to gather together to create natural wreaths & welcome the season.
What to Expect
All materials are provided, including freshly cut flowers and foliage from the garden. Numbers are always small to keep the atmosphere intimate and personal.
Workshop cancellation policy
Workshops are prepared carefully and in small numbers, with flowers and materials sourced specifically for each date. Because of this, cancellations can be difficult to fill at short notice.
That said, I understand that plans change.
More than 14 days before the workshop, you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund, or transfer your place to another workshop if spaces allow.
7–14 days before the workshop, a 50% refund is available, or your place can be transferred to another workshop if spaces allow.
Less than 7 days before the workshop, refunds aren’t usually possible, but you’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else — just let me know their details in advance.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop (for example due to weather or illness), you’ll be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
